Group Head Rebuild: Replacement of group gaskets and shower screens to ensure a watertight seal and even water dispersion.
Valve Inspection: Check and clean anti-suction valves, safety valves, and expansion valves to prevent leaks and pressure drops.
Steam Wand Service: Deep cleaning of steam tips and rebuilding steam valves to ensure powerful, dry steam for perfect microfoam.
Leak & Flow Test: Comprehensive check of all internal hoses and connections, plus flow-meter calibration for consistent shot volumes.
Temperature & Pressure Check: Verification of boiler temperature and pump pressure to match manufacturer specifications.
2. Coffee Grinders
Your grinder is just as important as your espresso machine. We ensure it's precise and clean.
Deep Chamber Cleaning: Removal of the hopper and burr carrier to vacuum out stale coffee grounds and rancid oils that affect flavor.
Burr Inspection: Analysis of burr sharpness and life expectancy. (Replacement burrs quoted separately if needed).
Calibration: Re-aligning burrs and zeroing the grind setting to ensure particle consistency.
Motor Check: Inspection of the start capacitor and motor brushes (if applicable).
3. Batch Brewers & Hot Water Towers
Descaling: Professional descaling of the boiler tank to remove mineral buildup (the #1 cause of heating element failure).
Spray Head Cleaning: Removal of lime scale from the spray head to ensure even saturation of the coffee bed.
Thermostat Verification: Testing the water temperature to ensure it meets the SCA Gold Cup standard (195°F – 205°F).
