Simon Wilson founded BrewBotics, LLC in 2025 with encouragement from the local Hemisphere Coffee Roasters' owner, Paul. In association with Hemisphere, BrewBotics was created with the purpose of empowering cafés, roasters, and coffee lovers with dependable equipment service, so they can focus on what matters most: creating outstanding coffee experiences!

Simeon spent time in several mechanical roles, including small engine repair, hardware retail, construction equipment rental, and even coaching the robotics team at a local school. He learned about Hemisphere and started working in coffee with a local Marysville, OH entrepreneur and coffee shop owner. 

When their espresso machine started having issues, Simeon dug in to fix it up before the largest sales day of the year. He found a love for the niche trade, which blends his technical skills with his passion for local business. 

Outside of coffee, which both Simeon and his wife Tiffany love, they enjoy camping and taking road trips with their huskies, watching football, and serving their community.
